TRAFFIC ENGINEER - DUBLIN
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Client is a leading international engineering consultancy,
offering civil and structural engineering design and consultancy,
project management and construction related H&S consultancy to leading
Building & Property Development companies.
Role will involve Traffic impact assessment, transport planning,
mobility management planning, green travel plans, working with our
civil engineers to develop new junction and road network designs and
existing junction improvements for a range of development projects,
mainly in the Dublin and surrounding counties region.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Geography, Planning or a
related discipline.
Experience of undertaking a range of traffic engineering design
projects and studies.
Excellent technical and communication skills.
Demonstrable experience in transport planning, spatial planning and
traffic design at concept, feasibility and preliminary stages.
Experience in traffic modelling software
Understanding of Health and Safety.
Experience in spatial planning, development control, transport
strategy, cycling, walking, road safety, public transport and parking
design.
